"Helping companies in measuring corporate culture with a new KPI"
The IITTI World Civility Index (www.IITTI.org) is a soft skills measurement where students and employees can earn “points” based on their effort in cultivating their social manners, empathy, and intercultural awareness. It is endorsed by the United Nations Sustainable Development (UN DESA SDGs) in 2019, and a Harvard book chapter author (Swiss De Gruyter Publisher 2025).
The aim of our GPLT-IITTI collaboration is to create a “micro-credentialing” program where GPLT experts can compile a set of micro-lessons to serve its audience around the world. Each student/employee can earn World Civility Index points and obtain a personal webpage to show off the achievement for school admissions and future employers.
