The Global Peace Let’s Talk International Youth Program recognises the immense potential of youth and through our innovative programs, we seek to tap into the dynamic energy, creativity and passion inherent in young people to build an inspired and powerful movement that transcends borders. The end goal is a peaceful, inclusive and equitable world for youth to thrive!
As it stands, some of the sources of unrest among young people emanate from disruptions wrought about by climate change, pollution, resource depletion and unemployment.
To confront these threats, the International Youth Program is keen to turn the tide through key strategic interventions, building Sustainable livelihoods through which young people will find fulfillment, experience growth and become agents of change towards a tranquil world.

VOLUNTEER VACANCY INTERNATIONAL YOUTH LEADER
Global Peace Let’s Talk (NPO) UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced International Youth Leader to join our team!
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with a proven track record of working with young people aged 15-29. As an International Youth Leader, you will play a vital role in leading our youth programs, providing support and guidance to our young ambassadors, and advocating for the rights and well-being of young people globally.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead and manage our youth programs, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and meet the needs of young people.
- Establish and maintain a WhatsApp group for program participants, providing regular updates, support, and guidance.
– Conduct bi-monthly Zoom meetings with program participants to discuss youth issues, provide support, and encourage peer-to-peer learning.
- Collaborate with our current young ambassadors to develop and implement program activities.
– Demonstrate a clear understanding of bullying and its impact on young people, and develop strategies to prevent and address bullying within our programs.
– Previous experience working with young people aged 15-29.
– Have Access to WiFi and ability to manage a WhatsApp group.
– Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Passionate about advocating for the rights and well-being of young people.
