Duration: 3 months (12 weeks)
Programme Overview: The Training of Trainers (ToT) in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Servant Leadership (SL) is a comprehensive course designed to empower participants to effectively train others in these transformative practices. The programme combines theoretical insights with practical facilitation techniques, preparing participants to lead impactful training sessions in diverse settings. Through live sessions, independent learning, and assessments, participants will develop the confidence and skills necessary to inspire and guide others in adopting NVC and SL principles.
The programme covers three critical components:
1. Curriculum: Concepts and practical application of NVC and SL.
2. Pedagogy: Skills and methodologies to become an effective trainer.
3. Assessments: Strategies for trainers to design assessments for their trainees.
Programme Structure:
โข Asynchronous Sessions: 10 hours (Recorded Lectures)
โข Synchronous (Live) Sessions: 10 hours (Interactive online sessions)
โข Independent Learning: 20 hours (Self-paced study and assignments)
Assessment:
Development of a lesson plan for a 1-hour training session on NVC and SL.
Conducting a 15-minute micro-teaching/micro-facilitation session to demonstrate facilitation skills, which will be observed/recorded, and assessed.
