Community Empowerment (Dr. Mugisho Ndabuli)
Community Empowerment (Women & Children) lead by Dr. Mugisho T. Ndabuli.
The programme intends to help people understand how community can be empowered by focusing on women and children. Women and children make the greater bulk of every society. Not empowering them cannot allow their community to advance. Developed areas are those where women are empowered. One way of empowering societies is to allow the men to understand how to use their maleness positively in order to lift up other men, women and children. Such efforts combination implies mutual assistance in ideas and in actions for the welfare of everyone in the society, which fosters inclusion and shuns exclusion.
